Great shot, but it isn't a White-tailed Blue-Flycatcher. That species is much darker cobolt-blue and doesn't show the contrasting, narrow black loral-mask. Furthermore, the Bornean race (everetti) does have white in the tail, though less than the Sumatran race (nominate).

It is either an Indigo Flycatcher (Eumyias indigo) or a Verdite Flycatcher (E. thalassinus), but they are very similar (much more similar than indicated on the rather poor illustrations of these species in Birds of Borneo, Sumatra, Java and Bali). While I'd probably lean towards Verdite, I really wouldn't feel confident separating these two species from this photo, and you might want to start an ID thread on it.
