Karoo Prinia pair (Prinia maculosa)

Both the Karoo and the closely related Drakensberg Prinias occur on Sani Pass - The former at higher altitude (2000m+) in alpine shrublands, and the latter in grasslands lower down.

Most authorities now consider these two separate species.
