Juvenile European Starling

Not the greatest picture, but I posted to make sure I got the ID correct .... I'm pretty new to birding ... looks like a juvenile European Starling, according to my Sibley's. Is that correct?
Habitat
Lakeshore/marshland
Location
Sam Smith Park, Etobicoke, Ont., Canada
Date taken
Aug. 22, 2004
Equipment used
Canon 10D, Sigma 50-500mm
Of course European Starling but I am afraid these are adults in non-breeding plumage. Juveniles are still without spotting now.

best regards

Hi Jim, nice pic.
I took one of a juvenile, admittedly way back at the end of May this year, but check it out. Adult feeding with juv waiting to be fed! http://www.birdforum.net/pp_gallery/showphoto.php/photo/25330/sort/1/cat/500/page/1

Now I'm confused .... one member says they're adults in non-breeding plumage, while another says they are juvies moulting into first winter plumage ... aaaaagghhh!
