Breakfast! (Upupa epops)

Which is what I'm about to have, but also what was on this hoopoe's mind as it was foraging around my car whilst I was enjoying a sunrise at the beach in The Ebro Delta. Love these birds, hadn't expected to see one at this location as not many stay around for the winter but happy this one did.

Sunrise on the beach, I bet you wish you were there now. It is blowing a gale here. This is a lovely capture Kev, super birds - really handsome creatures.
