Lance-tailed Manakin (Chiroxiphia lanceolata) Female, species sexually dimorphic. Old Gamboa Road just west of Summit Gardens, north of Panam City towards Gamboa, Panam Province, Panam. Cleared with patches of remnant tropical lowland rainforest (mixed evergreen and deciduous forest) at 30 m (98 ft) elevation.
