Green Alkanet (Pentaglottis semperivens)

I haven't been looking at the Gallery lately, it's good to be back and I hope you're all well. Had my second field outing this year, on 11 May, to the Country Park. Nothing terribly exciting as far as birds are concerned, but there's always the common species, and I also photographed some flowers (my brother. a wildlife generalist, was able to identify them all). Years ago there was good stuff there, including Marsh Warbler, Great Grey Shrike and often Kingfishers (no photos, alas).
