Peregrine falcon (Peregrine falcon)

I visited Bolton to have a go at the peregrines again. No news had come in as to how one bird was doing which had been taken into care for about a week, so I was keen to see if I could find the bird. Well I found her and identified her by her darvic ring. I was glad to see that she was out learning to hunt with the adult male.

The shot was taken with my 500 lens and a 2X converter (manual focus) and for me it is one shot I was glad to get for reasons stated above even if I didn't get the whole of the body in the shot.
