Can you tell us which species it is, please?

Dear Delia Todd,

I try to find out ID for this eagle and seem to be close to Spilornis Cheela/Crested Sherpent Eagle. Some of my friend named Spilornis Kinabaluensis. What is your idea about this? Regards
