Take off! (Eudocimus albus)

There must have been 30 ibis and a number of egrets sitting on the marsh walk railing. They let me get very close before flying off and some where still there when I left at Huntington Beach State Park, SC. Off to volunteer water monitoring, catch up with y'all later!

Marvelous take off picture with fabulous stop-action Bob! They look like they could use some clean water to get rid of some of that mud (lol). Top-notch!
