The third-to-last lifer - White-headed Duck (Oxyura leucocephala)

Sorry for the radio silence. Things got pretty hectic when I finally got home. But now I've worked my way through about 2/3 of the to-do list, so now to finish up with the lifers I got photos of on the Spain trip back in March. Last evening of the course, we walked to a string of lagoons near the hotel. At the first lagoon we got good views of White-headed Ducks. This one came particularly close to the embankment where we stood.
