Your tufted tit-mouses must be smarter than mine because the only birds that eat those here are the Blue Jays and Brown Thrashers.
Much to my surprise, we have quite a selection of birds visiting this peanut feeder. In rough order of frequency:

Regularly:
  • Blue Jay
  • Downy Woodpecker
  • Red-bellied Woodpecker
  • Tufted Titmouse
  • White-breasted Nuthatch

Sometimes:
  • Carolina Chickadee
  • Northern Cardinal

Rarely:
  • House Sparrow
  • American Goldfinch
