Habitat: Wetlands.

Location: Colusa National Wildlife Refuge.

Date taken: 6-17-2013

Scientific name: Tyrannus verticalis

Equipment used: Cannon EOS 5D MK III with Canon 100-400 mm lens.

Wonderfully detailed closeup.
