Yellow-wattled Lapwing
I spent some time photographing two of these bird feeding, they allowed me to get really close and did not seem at all bothered by my presence so laying down I crawled slowly forward, I lay within body length when they calmly sat down ! the bleep of the camera focusing captured this birds attention, its head turned left and right just like it was on a photo shoot for a magazine, allowing me some privileged pictures,I slowly backed away leaving them to their rest.
