    Help please

    Hi I am new to this forum. I paint birds and just starting to photograph them . I have invested in a Tripod : Manfrotto 190GO - Aluminium but need a simple head/ quick release. The tripod is not for a camera but in fact to support a wooden art briefcase horizontally. No tilt or ball head...
