    Swarovision Coatings...

Fair enough, there just seems to be a difference of opinion...some say slow changes, some say none ;)

    Swarovision Coatings...

Question: Let's say I take my 2012 SV 10x50's and send them into for service, and ask them to please change lenses to newest coatings and tune up/cleaning...how much would that cost ?

    Best phone cam for digiscoping?

I'm running a Galaxy S7 with a Swaro ATM80HD and the 30sw EP, and very happy with the pictures...but even happier with the battery life.

    New Opticron Spotting Scope.

It appears I'm confused also, maybe it just means "spray with nitrogen to waterproof" ? :king: I'm about to buy the mm4 kit, so will have an answer prior to that...maybe someone will chime in with an official answer. BTW:Appears this portion has been eliminated from the description Design...

    New Opticron Spotting Scope.

Joe, Interesting, the MM4 is also listed as nitrogen filled ? "Nitrogen waterproof and fully rubber armoured to protect against knocks and bumps, the MM4 has a tripod adapter with +/- 90 degree rotation to ensure set-up in a hide or from a sitting/prone position is quick and easy, while the 8:1...

    New Opticron Spotting Scope.

According to the specs, that's not true...or could never have fog proof ;) Design Features Waterproof Optics are sealed with O-rings to prevent moisture, dust, and debris from getting inside the spotting scope. Fog proof Barrel is filled with nitrogen gas to inhibit internal fogging. along...

Cataracts, post surgey vision, and binoculars?

Bob, The biggest difference I noticed was, it was much clearer and brighter...almost like someone washed the brown dirt off the window. I had 1 eye done at a time, and could tell a huge difference in the color/tone of the view....instead of yellowish it was blueish, 4k kelvin went to 6k Kelvin...

    New Opticron Spotting Scope.

Frank, I'm really looking forward to your review and thoughts...the comparison between the 50/60 is a biggie for me, I've already settled on waiting for the MM4 o:D Thanks again

    700RC2 or alternatives?

I actually just replaced my MV500 with the new 400 Befree, really like the quality and much smaller size...using a Swaro ATM80 HD with digiscoping adapters. The 400 is much smaller in size than the 500, a much smaller handle, and easy access front adjustment drag...so far a winner.

    Benefits of 10x binos ?

Less is more for you maybe ;), I love the 10x's and have no problem with them...they have the ability that a 7-8x don't have.

    Benefits of 10x binos ?

And the SF's feel very light in the hand, because of balance point location.

    Benefits of 10x binos ?

I agree, and ditto for 10x25's with glasses.

    Benefits of 10x binos ?

I think it depends on how far you're viewing, or how large the subject needs to be to identify certain details...I have 3 pair of alpha 10x's, and love them for longer distance viewing in fields. Watch the smaller 32mm models, the EP starts to get small on them. They certainly increase detail...
