    There was a very active Kingfisher on the main lake at Elmdon Park today as well as flying up and down both ends of the adjoining Hatchford Brook.

    I saw thirty species of birds at Elmdon Park today. As well as the regular species I see here there was a very active Kingfisher on the main lake and adjoining both ends of Hatchford Brook, a Little Grebe again on the main lake and a group of Siskin.

    I had a close encounter with a Kingfisher yesterday at Brueton / Malvern Park in Solihull (13/4/2023). It flew along the Blythe from under the Warwick Road bridge across the footpath around the lake in front of me and onto the island on Brueton Park lake.
