    Thank you. It’s just old, the wood is drying out, but it’s secure. They use it every year still.

    Replacing a Flicker Nestbox

    I live in Northern Nevada, I have a flicker nestbox that is in bad shape, I built a new one to replace it with. The Flickers have already started claiming it but no eggs yet. My question; should I wait until the Flickers have had their babies or replace it now?
