    Thres a large number of geese at rossall road on the farmland close to Fleetwood/Cleveleys border and ive noticed they are there every year about this time can anyone identify the type of geese and possibly where theyve come from and where there heading

    Was set up few years ago with a lake and very little else always thought they should of added some shrubs/trees ,i used to walk the dogs up there but never saw much wildlife apart from a couple of mallards and a pair of mute swans anywya had a walk along the old railway line and upto the nature...

    starling protection

    ive got numerous bird feedeers in garden but the starlings seem to eat the lot especially now theyve got youngsters so i would like to put some protection over a couple of the seed and mealworm feeders so the others birds get a chance but still leaving enough food in the others for the starlings...

    i enjoyed seeing the great spotted woodpeckers on saturday a first for me although the 2 guys that kept putting nuts out for them so they could get some good pics wasnt to pleased as all it did was attract the pigeons
