    I don't think so. The taxon is referred to several places, but more as a 'historic' taxon than anything else. Seems birds on Atlantic oceans are either nominate or E.r. superbus of GC and TEN.

    At present, here in Norway, the latest national editions based on the 2nd Ed of the Swedish original, is priced as such: The Book NOK 499, but obtainable from NOK 199,- Android APP; NOK 175 - guess its a Norw. issue. iPad APP, NOK 128 - the Norwegian issue (the publishers' logo is well visible)...

    I have in my possession "The Wildfowl of Britain and Europe" - which states is sort of an off-print from "The Birds of the Western Palearctic, Vol I", i.e. the plates is taken from that, plus the text is drawn on the same. Does anyone know any other off-prints of the same series (BWP Vol I - IX)?
