    Waskerley Reservoir quiet today, no wheatear or ring ouzel but a splendid male black grouse- the first time i have noted them here. At Low Barns the highlght was about 6 sand martin other than that nothing out of the ordinary, perhaps a single barnacle goose was unexpected.
