    I have seen the video,and when it turns above the wall it still to me looks like a Barn Owl.

    I have to agree with Vergan,Golden Eagles dont Travel at speeds of 200mph.

    may not interest you,but when I see the back of the coal tits head,it reminds me of a badger markins,so I have called the bird for years,Badger bird.
