    Yes he/she did make it. We had her in a shoe box for a little while and clamly flew away... That window is a death trap with even hummingbirds hitting it :( We put a wind sock in front of the window and most havent hit it yet! Garrett

    Hmmm well the problem that we are having in the summer time is that we need several feeders as the Male usually takes one as "his own" kicks the rest of the females out and the females head for the trees... i think several hummingbird feeders would solve this problem... There isnt that many...

    Somewhere I Got Idea this Does Not Happen

    What ive found is that there are usually 2 or 3 females at the feeder out at our lake (since im in the city) and once a male comes along they all go into the trees.. You think theyll come back next summer? and if they do i hope more come :D They would come to the feeder in 5 minute intervals...

    Hnmmm looks like a flicker.. (woodpecker family) and that must be a very large feeder as flickers are also one of the larger woodpeckers!

    Oh no... i knew this would happen.. i let out many killer finch/redpole/deju hybrids out a little while ago and they have turned up in quebec! LOL j/k and i have NO CLUE what this is... i wouldnt have believed it unless you gave us a pic... Garrett

    Maybe a kinda Starling? Dont kow very man black bitrds that are patched like a cow? lol Maybe a B&W warbler or some kinda bird.. lol
