    Recommended? Manfrotto 3001 with 3130 head for 4 lb scope?

    Hi all, considering if this tripod is suitable/recommended for a 4lb scope (angled) for a 5ft 2in birder. Car-based birding, no extended hikes expected. Alternate tripod suggestions welcomed as well :)
