    Your favourite bird of the year (so far)

    Rock pigeons. I can't get enough of them. I think they're beautiful, I don't care that other people call them flying rats. They're gorgeous and sound like serotonin.

    Starlings. Beloved in Europe but understandably hated here in the US where it's an invasive species.
