Honey buzzard? - Kotor, Montenegro (1 Viewer)

Am I right, from the relatively narrow head, in thinking this is honey buzzard? Thanks

Interesting bird, and I think I would disagree with Alexander (sorry!) - to me, the jizz looks good for dark morph adult male EHB: small head with prominent but fine bill, obvious carpal bend in the forewing, broad hand and long winged, with a long tail.
It's difficult to be sure what we are seeing in terms of plumage as there appear to be a lot of artifacts, could be useful if the contrast/brightness was adjusted to draw out any features.

I would have to disagree, do not get the impression of a small head or a fine bill and the wings look fine for a common buzzard. Tail does seem longish in the first few pics, I think the wings being crooked is responsible for that impression. In the most recently added pic the tail seems perfectly lengthed for a common buzzard.

(For the OP) Heres a pic that I took a year ago of a Honey buzzard- you can really see how petite the birds head is:
