    Bluebell at Burton Mere

    Can’t find any orchids flowering locally except bizarrely a single Northern Marsh Orchid in full flower at Burton Mere yesterday, inaccessible as it was on hallowed ground 25 yards in front of the hide! The bluebells on the other hand have been in fine fettle but nearing the end now. Jeff
