    budget sound recording

    I bought some items to do some sound recording on a budget last year. The main part of the kit is the parabolic mic. One of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0002VJYRC/ref=oh_details_o07_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 it does the trick pretty well. I have it connected to a sony digital voice...

    any ideas?

    I heard a call whilst walking the dog this evening. best way to discribe it is as similar to Savi's warbler but short, no more than 1-2 seconds from start to finish. location. North Wales. edge of woodland.
