    I’ve be given a pair of Leica 8x42 BA,the optics are perfect but one of the eye cups when pulled out just turns around doesn’t affect the viewing in anyway at all.I would like to get them repaired so I could sell as mint condition.

    Hi Jan.Yes, I traded them in for Noctivids and I did tell the dealer that they had just come back from being repaired by Swarovski.

    Really pleased with the Leica Noctivids for short time I've owned them.I don't like slagging off optic company's I even told Swarovski that my pair was one off pair.

    Both agreed it was quicker to send direct to Leica Germany first class service from Leica.

    Returning faulty optics. Had a serious accident with my Leica Scope and Leica emailed me with a attachment to print off parcel labels then UPS came and picked the parcel up from the house. First class service by Leica in Germany.
