    Sparrows

    I currently have a very large number of sparrows that frequently visit the garden (they are nesting in the roof space), just wanted to know will this deter other birds due to the large numbers of sparrows.     Birds in Newport

    Fairly new to the whole birding, been a couple of months now. Just wanted to know if anyone else is from Newport, South Wales and what birds they're currently getting? I currently have a few great tits (a family I think) and 30-50 sparrows.
