    Saw and photo'd these last year in Southern Cyprus. Took them as E.Olivaceous. But this year saw E.Olivaceous with another birder in Northern Cyprus and they were conciderably smaller [Reed Warbler size]. Anyone like to comment Regards Chris

    I use a MkIII, 500 f4.0 with a 1.4x most of the time now, even travel with the gear overseas (which is quiet a challenge!! sometimes). The 100 - 400 hasn't been out to play since. I think you'll be well happy with the change Enjoy!! Regards Chris

    Hi Christine I assume you are talking about a 1D3 I allways use AI Servo centre focus only and let it track (hopefully) C.fn III-2 ....Norm, but have tried Med Slow (depending on contrast, slow down for hi contrast situation) C.fn III-3 ....0 C.fn III-4 ....1 c.fn III-5 ....1 Hope this helps...
