    Cranes

    There were about 120 cranes at Bromfield Swamp near Malanda in North Queensland yesterday evening. About 10% were Brolga with the rest being Sarus. About 100 were present when we arrived at 5:30pm, the rest flying in before 6:00pm when we had to leave because it was getting too cold.

    Canon 400D Image Resolution

    I have a Canon 400D which appears to take images at 72ppi. This is OK for general photography but if I want to crop and blow up a bird in a photo taken at extreme range it pixilates. Is it possible to increase the image resolution on JPEG photos? Using the RAW format gives me better resolution...
