    Thanks again! My first tought when i saw the first photo (fugler.net) was that the head/bill and Jizz in general looked alright for a herring. And therefore i hoped fore a expert opinion form you. When you wrote my thoughts exact (and even more) i really got the feeling that my gutt was right...

    I've called the observer and they have insisted that they only saw them in poor light and at longe range, and that they got a bit worried when i confronted them with the fake-duck teori. I couldn't belive it myself, but i guess i have over-judged some abilitys and that you guys were absolutly...

    It's yellowish in the primaries afteral, therefore it's not a pure Pine Bunting... This was also confirmed by observers. By "Norwegian" standar this bird is defined as a hybrid... Henrik
