    Lost Monopod Thanks John. It's a Gitzo CF monopod with a Sirui head. The last time I saw it definitely was at the Flashes on the 29th September. I might have inadvertently left it in the hide or the car park. I'd really like it back if anyone has any ideas.

    Upton today Lots of folks about today across the reserve, missed the Black Tern but enjoyed the rest. Sorry all but didn't count other than Avocet, only 21 on the Flashes? Otherwise usual suspects. Good to see lots of Shelduck action on the Flashes, Lapwing too. Possible LRP sitting? 3 BHG...
