    hi there i have a d5000 with a tamron 300 ml lens although i am getting good results i would like to get closer without going to the expence of purchasing a 500 ml lens was wondering if anyone could give me ideas on purchasing a teleconverter for said set up and what results i may get thanks

    i just joined birdforum i am from ayrshire scotland i am 48 and i love birds i love the thrill of seeing a new bird but dont get that many as i work full time so the ones i do get to see are more special i have been off work this week with flu had it since friday getting better now though
