    I enjoyed it last year. I think it's one of the larger groups of Sandhills in California. There's a pretty good visitor center, and a couple of fairly big ponds. I'll try to attach a few photos: Jim

    I agree with Philter4. YBMA should be easy around UC Davis campus. The fields a few KM's West should be reliable. The Sandhill Cranes at Woodbridge are amazing. If you're not able to be at the ponds for Fly In / Fly Out, look for them in the grassy fields 4-6 KMs South...

    Not on your list, but I assume Woodbridge is for Sandhill Cranes? They're definitely worth a stop. I second the recommendation of Grey Lodge north of Sacramento. What about Yellow Billed Magpie? regards, Jim
