    Herring gull or? Lincoln NE

    The primaries look quite pale in pic 3, suggesting glaucous-winged gull as a possibility, but I think the pale base to the bill rules that out. Not sure any other species other than GWG and American Herring Gull have such a slow moult out of juvenile plumage, and the dark belly visible in pic 3...
