Here is a video of the bird this afternoon, a nice bird with a well behaved crowed and many non-birders showing interest, and seeming very please once they also saw the bird. Rose-coloured Starling

I saw that bird also and then found this interesting reading regarding Trumpeter (Tundra) Swan http://www.ravenidiot.com/docs/morph_ynp_04.pdf I guess the same applies to the European race. I did read another article about large flocks in Holland of about 2000 birds would usually have one with...

I was a few minutes late this morning missing the bird, but if anybody was there and got a picture I would love it if you could email it to me. I then headed north up to Martham for a scan but had no luck. I did think yesterday when the bird first flew over the car that it look very pale...

White-tailed? Eagle I saw this bird whilst driving home along the A149 just south of Ormesby St Margaret, in the distance I originally thought I was watching two Jackdaws mobbing a Buzzard, as I got closer I realised that the scale was all wrong, the long heavy wingflaps of the larger bird...

Are you referring to the second bird at Cley which was reported as a Little Stint. I saw this briefly on Tuesday but as I was in a rush and using someone else’s optics I didn’t get a good look. But from what I saw it was like the (what was then) Semipalmated Sand but was in general a fraction...

I did look up the road for you but you'd already gone when it was refound at 8.05, It showed well for a while before flying into the Garden. Although it hasn't been seen today (yet) it wouldn't surprise me if its still in the Garden somewhere.

Grey Catbird? Before I start, this is at a private sight a few miles north of Norwich. A friend of mine yesterday heard a loud meowing call from some bushes, this meowing then moved as a Grey Blackbird sized bird also moved through the bushes. She did not realise that a Catbird made a meowing...
