    Thanks for the reply... I didn't even think about birding when I booked the holiday, but I'm actually getting quite excited by it. Sounds like there's lots of non-British brids to see, and some scarce British birds in abundance (looking forward to finally seeing hooded crows, even if they won't...

    I'm off to Rhodes in September, to Pefkos. I'm going with my non-birding girlfriend, so birding will be on a pretty casual basis, but what good stuff would I expect to see?
