    How about Unspotted Saw-whet Owl for the list? Myself and a few other local birders got crippling views of one last night on Turrialba Volcano, Costa Rica but I would still be interested in seeing if anyone else on Bird Forum has seen this elusive species.     There are a fair number off people who have seen Speckled Antshrike (the one and only Xenornis), Jocotoco Antpitta, and Black-breasted Puffleg.

    Although I haven't seen Bermuda Petrel, I know people who have. I think Bird Forum member Gunnar Engblom has seen Junin Grebe. I would be interested in knowing if anyone has seen Unspotted Saw-whet Owl, especially in Costa Rica.

    Did this tragedy happen recently? I saw both quite easily in 2002 at Bosque de Ampay as have most who have visited this site.
