    That's great, but in that case you found a different bird today, as the bird in your original photos is a common buzzard (as explained by different people above). And, of course, you are very welcome to post the photos you took today in case you would like your new observation confirmed.

    I don't think you can judge that from these photos as the quality is just too low - and you have to allow for such things as light reflecting off a black bill which may make it look paler in a photo. But, to be honest, if you'd asked me what colour a buzzard's bill is I couldn't have told you -...
