    And you can never be sure things didn't go (slightly) wrong with the phase-coatings and/or the dieelectic coatings on the prisms (in the case of SP).     Well, your old 15x60 didn't have the latest coatings, and they do make a significant difference. And it still had the old Erfle eyepieces - the BGAT has got a larger sweetspot. That said, the Swaro is an excellent binocular. Period. Hermann
