    Broadwing or Red-Shoulder

    Hi all, I always get confused when I see an immature hawk in Bergen County NJ. I think this is an immature Broadwing but would like your opinions. They are not terribly uncommon here during migration but neither are Red Shoulders. or is it something else? Thanks in advance
