    Thank you! are the wings of the op bird showing damage or moulting? and is this bird that's been hunting along the slopes also a Black kite?

    please would you help identify this raptor with a grey head, seen this afternoon arriving from the west, is it a Black kite with a tail not showing the fork, or is it a Marsh harrier?
