    Gramps, I was recently trying to buy a used vehicle. The prices for some, were higher than the sticker they had been sold under, and higher than factory (in this case it was a Yota truck). Inventory was very low (chip stuff). But I finally asked a dealer 'why' used vehicle prices were crazy...

    I carried Nikon FMs and Leica M3s all over the place including pretty inhospitable environments. I don’t ever remember wishing for armor. I did dent prism on FM2 once - I carried two bodies (one Kchrome the other Tri-x) and they cluncked into each other. But I got over it 😝

    This is a bird forum, but the 'regulars' on bino sub-forums are obviously another level of OCD and brand loyalty. Not that I'm guilty of it :unsure: LOL Disclaimer: I'm not a Swaro fan... ...but it's hard to not be stunned by the armor failure. In many (most) cases it does look like heavy...
