    Luring Skuas?

    Hello, I've heard recently that you can attract skuas and petrels very close to a boat out at sea by leaving a trail of fish guts, oil, etc. Is this true? As i would love to see a close up of a skua and get a good pic'.I think they are an amazing bird especially the great skua Thanks in advance.
