    Olympus OM-D EM-1

just wanted to share some images of EM-1 with Sigma 70-200mm, a bit slow in focus, but very useful in low light situations. https://www.flickr.com/photos/ammadoux/20099782804/in/dateposted-public/ this shot is taken with the Sigma 50-500mm, AF is much faster than when using the E5. and as the...

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

Ron the results your getting are so amazing. i am using it now with the new OM D10, lots of shots but really not much time to brows them. the digital VF is nice but not as comfortable as the real VF in any DSLR. got some shots at ISO 1000, looked good when applying noise reduction, but i don't...

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

the E5 is superb, i still find the IQ i get form it much better than those of the EPL5, OMD 10, and the OM D5. it would be a shame not to have a successor to it. but then the lenses available are so expensive for most armatures. yes excellent but not affordable. hope they make a new 70-300mm...

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

i think it will make a great companions to the OM bodies. i am looking forward to it, as right now even with the slow Zuiko 75-300mm the results with the OM D 10 are nice. hope it will not be as expensive as the 300mm 4/3 one.

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

amazing result. also the E5 deals very well with high ISO values. i still think it is the best from Olympus and one of the best DSLR's.

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

Hello Hor and Ron this shot was taken at 1/160 sec, ISO 400, f 6.7, ev +0.3, with the setting Ron me told me about. the bird was under the shade, and thus the slow shutter speed. The second shot is the same but after apply Auto sharpen by PS element 7.

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

the Lumix has now stopped working with the EPL5 completely, a petty as i use to love it so much. not much time to go around with the new Olympus 75-300mm, but i have noticed that it has a real super fast focus, noticed this when i was taking shots for the Menetiere's warbler and these warbler...

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

great set of shots Malcom thanks so much. you made me feel good about my new 75-300mm lens, although i did not get any decent shots wiht it until now, it has been a week with me now, but it was a busy week and did not have time to test it well. but i can't help feeling disappointed with the...

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

hello Hobbes finally had time to reply to this, thanks for sharing your experience with the Lumix 100-300mm, too bad its this fragile considering that its great optics and fast focus. i must admit considering your experience and the others and the fact that i live in dusty city that i was so...

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

again those are really wonderful shots. about the IBIS i find it very little effect with my Lumix both with the EPL1 and the EPL5, but they say that the new Olympus 75-300mm is much more improved also for video recording. my Lumix is dying and is giving me hard time now, it just freezes and...

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

Hello Ron. congratulation on your new great those shots are so fantastic. good luck with your old lens, but maybe you need to upgrade its firm wear. another thing did you notice that there is an internal TC in the camera, which means you can use your 75-300mm lens to be 600mm, that is 1200mm...

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

weather prof means nothing to me here in Hot and sunny Jeddah, all Olympus cameras suffer badly with heat, but to a varying degrees, the worse is the EPL5 then the E620, the EPl1 and E5 cope better but still can't perform normally, guess the term weather prof goes only for water prof, wish...

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

i got one, as far as my experanice its focus does not work witht he m4/3, it did not work with the EPL1 nor with the EPL5 . but i think witht he built in digital TC and a 300mm lens either from Lumix or Olympus one do not need it for m4/3. just out of curiosity for how much did you get it...

    Olympus OM-D EM-1

hello Ron, i am so honored by you kind words, and a pleasure to be any help. but trust me manuals always make things difficult, but once you have the camera you will be familiar with it in no time, not much different from your E3, might just be a smaller, you will need time to adjust with the...
