    Canon Printer fault - help please

    songbird, Could be as Paul says - the cartridge holder need replacing. This is the print head and they do need replacing every so often, as well as the cartridges themselves. Your manual should tell you how often it is recommended to change it.

    Hi songbird, Check out https://self-service.canon-europe.com/uk/pages/ Click on the Bubble jet printer icon, then select print quality from the drop-down menu then item 1. There may be something there that will help you.
