    I think this thread is all about brand loyalty, the one I have is the best scenario - perhaps for that other person they are the best but not for others. I own many binos and I have never had an issue using a focus wheel on any of them.

    It is likely a bad batch of material mixture in production of the armor. Some issues were also present in the Conquest (white powder which after being wiped off came back).
