    This sums up Nikon Sports Optics marketing about perfectly. To see it any other way is just plain denial. The two best (arguably?) products they've ever made were subject to absolutely terrible support.

    Agree Dennis. Who in their right mind would spend big $$$ on a used EDG, when it will not even have a warranty for the new buyer? This is but one reason Swaro dominates the alpha sector.

    Nikon's lousy customer service is putting it nicely. Pathetic would be my description. I was really wanting a Nikon Laserforce bino/rf all in one unit. I was unsure of the warranty so I talked to Nikon CS several times. They convinced me over the phone, and even in personal emails...
