What is the etymology of this name ? (Or is it actually selenosticta ?)

I know it's nitpicking, but the validity of the act of reversal of precedence is, unfortunately, questionable. The last of the 25 references presented in the Appendix and intended to meet the requirement of ICZN 23.9.2: Zimmer, K. & Isler, M. L. 2020. Rufous-bellied Antwren (Isleria guttata)...

(I assume the last sentence intended to mean "neuter in gender" ?) Anyway, ψυχή is feminine, hence so is the new name. But I agree it's a fine name. :)

They do 'alter' .pdf files by appending errata to them, as in [this]. Perhaps (?) this would be worth considering as a possibility, after all -- making a combined work+erratum file published in the sense of the Code on the date of publication of the erratum?

In my reading, unfortunately, and even if it may sound like nitpicking, printed copies lodged in libraries don't have the potential to solve the problem. The Code requires (Art. 8.1.2) that the work be "obtainable, when first issued, free of charges or by purchase". The distribution of a...

There are potentially additional issues with e-only publications, however, due to the Amendment requiring that the "date of publication" be specified in the work for it to be published. There is no such requirement for a printed work: a fully specified date is OK, so is a half-specified date, or...

I don't think it would be a problem. I.e., if it gets registered now, the registration data could be added on the last page of the .pdf, without any other modification.

My understanding (from discussions on other forums) is that a year of publication being cited in the work (here: "2018") is enough to fulfill the date requirement. However, the work must indeed have been registered on ZooBank before it was issued, the ZooBank entry must satisfy the requirements...
